Move ahead to the large metal barrier and use your Poltergust on it to clear the path. But be cautious—what awaits you is a swarm of blue ghosts that have stolen the vanes from the mechanism and fled into the towers.

Exploring the Hydro Generator Room

Your map will direct you to the next iconic location: the hydro generator room. Before proceeding, shake the barrel on the far right side of this area to nab a gold dog ossification. Moving into the east hall, scour for hidden treasures behind the walls, within vases, and inside picture frames. To move forward, uncover the hidden door and enter the Gardener's Dwelling.

Unveiling Hidden Treasures in the Gardener’s Dwelling

Once inside the Gardener’s Dwelling, search for treasures in the drawers and prepare for a confrontation with a blue ghost hiding in the wardrobe. Your discovery doesn’t end here; pull the poster off the wall to reveal a balloon plant. Spin the ceiling fan to shift the bed away, uncovering a trap door that requires additional weight to open.

Unlocking the Gardener’s Lab

To activate the trap door, fill your bucket with water and stand on it, moving down to the Gardener’s Lab. Conquer the greenies and investigate the desk on the far left to find a ghost holding your first Pinwheel Vane. Your next task takes you deeper into the sewers for a showdown with Boolean, a Boo ghost that’s relatively easy to defeat with a bit of effort using your Poltergust.

Moving Upwards to the Toolshed

Your adventure now leads back to the East Hall. Use balloons to return to the Gardener’s Dwelling, navigating into the corridor and the toolshed. In the toolshed, battle a slammer, three greenies wielding shovels, and a blue ghost hidden in the drawers. Successfully completing these challenges earns you the second Pinwheel Vane.

Conquering the Garden Area

Press on through the toolshed to enter the garden area, moving stealthily to avoid alerting a blue ghost. Near the mower on the right, use your Poltergust on the red pull cord to create a new path—and trigger yet another battle. This time, you're up against a larger yellow ghost, several greenies with buckets, and a blue one trapped in a vase.

Navigating the Botany Lab and Seedling Laboratory

Return to the Gardener's Dwelling and discover a hidden entrance to the toolshed stairs through a fountain in the room’s top right corner. Ascend the stairs—while dodging traps and battling greenies—to reach the Botany Lab. Within the lab, use the dark-light to reveal a missing piece of the machinery's pipe, flash the machinery, and activate the pump. A new plant will grow and smash out of its case, creating a route to the Seedling Laboratory.

Securing More Treasures and the Fourth Pinwheel Vane

Before heading to the Seedling Laboratory, fill a wooden bucket with water and use it on a plant in the background, cultivating it to unveil your next gem. In the Seedling Lab, defeat two greenies and search the drawers on the left in the lower area to find a blue ghost (lurker) for your fourth Pinwheel Vane. Additionally, engage in a target practice using the turret in the center of the room to shoot a mouse and obtain another hidden gem.

Final Steps in the Conservatory

Exit the Seedling Lab to the right and ascend the Toolshed Stairs, grabbing hearts from the drawer if necessary. Proceed to the Conservatory where you’ll face three slammers. Activate the piano in the room to expose another blue lurker, capture it to secure your fifth and final Pinwheel Vane. Another mission accomplished for Luigi!
