Remedy Entertainment is currently bustling with activity, as the studio progresses with several exciting projects. Among these are the long-anticipated reboots of Max Payne 1 and 2, along with FBC: Firebreak and Control 2. With multiple significant titles in development, many may be curious about the progress of each game.

According to the latest financial updates, both FBC: Firebreak and the Max Payne remakes are actively being produced and have made significant advancements in their development timeline.

For FBC: Firebreak, it was noted that in December, the development team conducted a successful closed technical test involving external participants. This testing focused on matchmaking and various technical aspects of the game, providing valuable data and insights to guide the group in perfecting the end result.

Regarding Max Payne, the information indicates that the remakes are progressing steadily in full production. The development team is working diligently towards critical milestones and is coordinating closely with their publisher, Rockstar Games.

Control 2 is also on the verge of entering full production shortly, as it is currently finishing its final preparation phase. Remedy has shared that they are currently working on completing production readiness, aiming to commence full production after completing the fourth quarter in February 2025. The project has confirmed the efficiency of asset creation, set up necessary production pipelines, and is prepared to expand into full production capacity.

In addition to these updates, Remedy has further announced that Alan Wake 2 has reached a positive milestone after successfully selling two million copies.
