Warzone 2 Can Run Without a Graphics Card, but Will Look Like PS2 CoD

Warzone 2 from the Call of Duty universe can indeed work without a video card, but it is important to understand that this will turn the game into a CoD demake for gaming PC. Therefore, the very fact of such a possibility does not mean that it should be done, since the absence of a GPU will turn the famous battle royale into a PS2 game.

An experiment for the game was to change one of the best graphics cards to a CPU that has built-in Radeon Vega 3 graphics (an AMD Athlon 3000G). As a result, the user must of course set the graphics settings to the lowest, but it still seems like magic that the game works. With this change in configuration settings, the player gets the experience of playing as if on an old CRT at a lower frame rate.

When the game is set up, it is also impossible to use standard recommendations, but you can only choose the minimum possible resolution of 710 x 400. And the frame rate, even after a series of manipulations, can be no more than 38. If you have a high-end gaming monitor, then it will not be ready for speeds of less than 40 frames, however, ordinary monitors can handle displaying from 30 frames.

This experiment, of course, is not about what you need, having high technological capabilities, to dance with a tambourine and create worse conditions for yourself. It is about how even with inexpensive components and without a video card, the player can try new good products, such as Spider-Man: Remastered or No Man’s Sky.
